A Functional and Modern Office Design That Reflects the Corporate Identity

The office furniture project carried out by Korat Mobilya for BELBİM A.Ş. at the İkitelli Station combines functional workspaces with design details that highlight the corporate identity.

As part of the project, solutions tailored to various usage areas were implemented, including reception and information desks, an office kitchen, sink and counter units, decorative wall treatments, and custom-designed furniture.

Designed with the intended use of each section and the architectural features of the space in mind, the furniture was crafted to create a modern and cohesive work environment that aligns with the company’s visual identity.

Reception and Information Desks Tailored to the Corporate Identity

Information desks, which are among the first points of contact for visitors in office and service areas, are key design elements that reflect the organization’s professional identity.

In the custom-made reception desks created for the BELBİM A.Ş. office project, simple geometric forms are combined with the organization’s corporate colors.

Designed with a white body and a black marble-look front panel, the main reception desk highlights the corporate identity with the BELBİM logo on its front surface. The spacious work surface and desk layout suitable for staff use provide a functional area for welcoming visitors and handling daily office tasks.

The custom-designed counters, featuring a combination of yellow, black, and white—colors used at various service points throughout the project—support the overall design language of the space while visually defining the service areas.

In particular, the yellow-framed counter design used in the package delivery section creates an eye-catching reception area with its geometric form and corporate colors.

Custom-Designed Office Kitchen and Social Area Furniture

The functional planning of kitchens and break areas in corporate offices is crucial for ensuring employees can comfortably meet their daily needs.

Accordingly, the office kitchen designed as part of this project features a modern, simple, and practical design with light-colored cabinet doors and black countertop surfaces.

The L-shaped kitchen countertop allows for the efficient use of the available space, while the upper and lower cabinets help keep kitchen utensils and everyday items neatly organized.

The furniture layout, designed with the placement of the built-in oven, sink, and other kitchen equipment in mind, brings together food preparation, cleaning, and storage needs in a single space.

The contrast created by the light-colored cabinet surfaces and the dark-colored countertop gives the office kitchen a modern and balanced look.

Multi-Sink and Countertop Unit Applications

In the sink and countertop units designed for common areas as part of the project, ease of use and aesthetic harmony were prioritized.

The long countertop design, consisting of three separate sink sections, combines a black stone-look surface with light-colored base cabinets and a wide, decorative-framed mirror.

The cabinets installed beneath the sinks provide organized storage for cleaning and maintenance supplies, while the spacious countertop surface offers a layout suitable for use by multiple people simultaneously.

The furniture design, which blends seamlessly with the light-colored wall finishes, creates a simple and orderly appearance in corporate common areas.

Decorative Wall Applications and Corporate Space Design

In addition to the furniture installations, the BELBİM A.Ş. office project also incorporated decorative design details that reflect the company’s identity.

The blue-toned, digitally patterned wall application extending along the corridor, along with the BELBİM logo, lends the space a distinctive appearance while aligning the company’s technology-focused service philosophy with its visual design language.

Custom-designed furniture, corporate colors, and decorative surface treatments were evaluated together to create visual cohesion across different service departments.

Custom-Made Decorative Furniture Designed with Geometric Forms

One of the project’s unique furniture elements—a hexagonal decorative shelving system—combines a modern design philosophy with geometric details.

Composed of white and turquoise hexagonal modules, the design draws attention with its open shelving sections arranged at varying heights and positions.

Complemented by metal support details, this custom-made furniture offers a functional space for displaying decorative objects, books, and various exhibits.

The modular, geometric design presents an alternative decorative approach to traditional cabinet and shelving systems in office common areas and corporate spaces.
