Personal Data Processed
Through our contact form and quote requests, we process your full name, phone number, email address, the product/project you are interested in, and the content of your message. Usage data may also be processed during your visit for the analytics purposes described in our Cookie Policy.
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your inquiry or quote request, manage customer relationships, promote our services and products, carry out communication activities, and fulfil our legal obligations.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely that processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and/or that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the hosting, email and analytics service providers we work with (e.g. Netlify, Google), only to the extent necessary for the purposes above and in compliance with applicable law. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, subject to any statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, request deletion or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred, object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
