Brought to life by Korat Furniture, this specially designed youth bedroom project combines aesthetics and comfort through modern architectural lines, soft oval shapes, and functional furniture solutions. In this project, where the bedroom, workspace, and personal care areas are treated as a unified whole, the goal was to make efficient use of the available space and create a living space tailored to the user’s needs.

In the design, where light colors are complemented by natural wood textures and warm-toned lighting, each piece of furniture was conceived to harmonize with the space’s overall architectural language. A custom-made wardrobe, an LED-lit headboard, an L-shaped desk, a makeup console, and a window-side bench bring together the diverse functional needs of a teen’s room under a single design philosophy.

Custom-Designed Headboard and LED Lighting

One of the project’s most striking elements is the custom-designed, arch-shaped headboard with hidden LED lighting, positioned behind the bed.

With its soft, oval lines, vertical panel details, and warm-toned lighting, the headboard transforms the bed area into the room’s visual focal point. The hidden LED system integrated around the headboard helps create a calmer and more restful atmosphere without the need for general lighting.

The nightstand with rounded corners, positioned next to the headboard, complements the design’s cohesiveness. With its light-colored surfaces and elegant handle details, the nightstand complements the room’s modern lines while offering practical storage space for daily use.

Custom-Made Wardrobe Enriched with Geometric Details

Designed to meet the storage needs of a teen’s room, the closet combines a simple, modern body with unique door details.

The wood-textured, oval, and arch-shaped geometric patterns used on the light-colored surfaces give the wardrobe a distinctive look. The rounded handle details on the doors harmonize with the furniture’s design language, creating a cohesive appearance.

The tall cabinet structure, positioned close to the ceiling, is intended to make efficient use of vertical space, while the visual harmony the wardrobe creates with the headboard and other furniture ensures a balanced decor in the room.

L-Shaped Desk and Integrated Makeup Area

In the project’s work and preparation area, a multipurpose furniture layout was created to simultaneously address various daily needs.

The custom-designed L-shaped desk, placed in front of the window, allows for the use of natural daylight while providing a spacious surface for computer use, studying, and other daily activities.

The makeup console, positioned next to the desk, creates a separate area for personal grooming without disrupting the room’s cohesiveness. The oval wall-mounted mirror, gold-toned handles, and furniture with soft, flowing lines complete the modern and elegant look of the workspace.

The drawer storage unit beneath the makeup console ensures that personal care products and daily essentials are stored neatly. With its rounded corners and wooden details, this section brings the design elements used in the bedroom into the workspace.

Smart Space Utilization with the Window-Front Bench

To make more efficient use of the available space in the teen’s room, a special seating and storage area was designed in front of the window.

Complemented by soft cushions, the window-front bench creates a comfortable corner for relaxing, reading, and everyday use, thanks to its location that captures natural light. The lidded storage compartments in the lower section help maintain order in the room.

Thanks to the bench design, which integrates with the desk and vanity, a complementary layout was achieved that suits the room’s dimensions and usage needs, rather than placing multiple pieces of furniture separately.
